Are you strong enough for sports?
Run faster.Jump higher.Move better.Get stronger.
Olympic weightlifting–based athletic development. In the TFNE system, every athlete is assessed, tested and progressed by level, not by age. Coached in Jacksonville by a USA Weightlifting national-level coach, former Marine and former college wrestler.
Bring your athlete. We test them, show you what's holding them back, and tell you which program fits.
Sport coaches teach the sport. We develop the athlete.
We develop athletes by building the capacity to produce force, then progressively improving their ability to apply, absorb and redirect that force in less time. Ground-contact time, force production and technical coordination underlie our training, testing and athletic development. The goal: help athletes run faster, jump higher, move better and perform more effectively.

Find the weak link.Build the athlete.
Two fourteen-year-olds can be years apart physically. Our Training Level System looks at the whole athlete before deciding how they train.
Training by age: more than just a birthday
- Biological ageHow mature is the athlete?
- Developmental ageWhat is the athlete ready to learn and do?
- Training ageHow much structured training have they accumulated?
- Sporting ageHow much experience do they have in organized sport?
- 01AssessBuild the athlete’s developmental profile.

- 05Level upAdvance when they’re ready, not before.
What training level are you?
You don't buy your level. You earn it.
Complete your prescribed training volume to earn a test. Tests determine your level and identify your weak areas. Your earned level and the time of year determine your loading and exercise selection.
Athletes have to put in the work.
It takes hundreds, even thousands, of high-quality reps at moderate intensity and loads. No drama, no mindless banging of heavy weights, no running till you vomit.
Our Parabolic Step Loading System is based on stacking reps and sets. Your training level and needs assessment dictate exercise prescription. Load, volume and intensity are the variables we adjust to improve performance.
Do the work. Do it right.

Training frequency sets the rate of improvement: four sessions a week are more effective than two. Training age and earned training literacy set how sophisticated the training becomes. Earn advanced training. No skipping the foundation.

Your address shouldn't determine your athletic potential.
High-achieving athletesdeserve high-level coaching.
If your athlete takes school, sport and character seriously, whether they're headed to D1 or not, they deserve coaching that takes them seriously too.
An athlete's seriousness and commitment matter, not their zip code. Whether they're homeschooled or at a public, private or charter school, nothing should stand between them and world-class athletic development and sports performance training.
