Privacy policy
Last updated October 25, 2026.
We respect your privacy and the privacy of the athletes we coach. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Team Florida Northeast Athlete Development Center ("TFNE," "we," "us") is owned and operated by Coach Joseph Hanson in Jacksonville, Florida. You can reach us at 5730 Bowden Road #204, Jacksonville, FL 32216, by phone or text at 904-502-2196, or by email at teamfloridanortheast1@gmail.com.
What we collect
What you type into our forms. Your name, phone number and email, and your message. Depending on the form, we also ask for your athlete's first name, grade and sports, the best time for a session, your business name and website (community partners), or your role and school (schools and teams). If you send a testimonial, we collect it along with how you want your name shown, and we post it only as you gave permission.
Please share only what we need to help you. Don't send medical records, Social Security numbers or payment card numbers through our forms or by email.
What you send us directly when you call, text or email us.
Basic technical information. Like nearly every website, the company that hosts this site automatically records technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our form service also includes your IP address with each form message, to help block spam. We don't use this to identify you.
No tracking. This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels. See our cookie policy.
Children and teens
Our forms are meant for parents and guardians, or athletes 18 and older. Athletes under 18 should ask a parent or guardian to fill them in. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and schedule your free session
- To answer questions about programs, pricing, scholarships, partnerships and school programs
- If you join, to run your athlete's training, testing and billing
Permission to contact you
When you check the permission box on a form, you allow us to contact you by phone, text or email about that request. Coach Hanson or a member of our staff contacts you personally. We don't add you to a marketing list or send automated marketing texts. If you'd like us to stop contacting you, just tell us, or reply STOP to a text.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and answer you, and only so they can do that:
- Web3Forms, which delivers form messages to our email
- Google, which provides our email
- Netlify, which hosts this website
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of an athlete or anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages only as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of families we've talked with, and no longer than two years unless you become a member. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is perfectly secure, which is one more reason not to send sensitive information through forms.
Athletes, photos and results
We publish athletes' names, photos or video only with a signed media release, and declining never affects an athlete's training. For athletes under 18 we use first name and last initial only. We never publish an athlete's bodyweight. If you see something about you or your athlete on this site that you want changed or removed, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete information we hold about you or your athlete, call or text 904-502-2196, email teamfloridanortheast1@gmail.com, or write to us at 5730 Bowden Road #204, Jacksonville, FL 32216.

We link to Facebook, YouTube and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we don't control what they collect.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top of this page.
