Training at Team Florida Northeast is covered separately by the membership agreement, waiver and release, and other forms every athlete, or their parent or guardian, signs before training. If those documents and these terms ever disagree, the signed documents control.

Information on this site
We work to keep program details, schedules and prices accurate, but they can change. The current rate and schedule are the ones Coach Hanson confirms with you at signup. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Not medical advice
Training information on this site is general. It isn't medical advice and isn't a substitute for coaching in person. Check with a doctor before starting a new training program, especially after an injury or illness. Weightlifting and athletic training carry a risk of injury. Nobody should try the lifts or drills described here without qualified coaching.

The text, photos, video, logos and testing systems on this site belong to Team Florida Northeast or are used with permission. Guest articles belong to their authors and are published with their permission. Names and logos of other organizations, such as USA Weightlifting, universities, teams and community partners, belong to their owners. Their appearance here doesn't mean they endorse us. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please don't copy or republish our content without permission.
